Our Story
Founded in 2023, Outer-Peace is a non for profit 501(c) 3. Our services are dedicated to using the latest technology to help restore your body image to ensure your external self matches your internal self.
Traumatic events and life altering surgeries can leave you feeling less than, such as scars from mastectomies,
gender dysphoria, transgender care, accidents, trauma and domestic violence. Belle Sculpt, a FDA approved new technology reduces unevenness around scars, breaks down scar tissue creating a more even look. We are able to sculpt the body to the desired look. Dermal Fillers can reduce appearance of scars especially to the face.

Meet Cat,
A true pioneer for non-profit organizations, as CEO of a 501 (c) 3 for the Explosive Ordnance Disposal EOD
in the US Navy and the Ombudsman for all branches of the EOD Military during times of war. She devoted endless hours to fighting for our wounded troops taking her all the way to Capitol Hill. Cat’s efforts with Congress permanently changed US legislation, secured $14MM in donations, and ensured that the choices of our wounded soldiers and their families were heard.
With this same passion, Cat leverages her 35 years as an RN working in psychiatric, hospice, and oncology in conjunction with her PhD in holistic healthcare to continue serving her community. Cat is devoted to educating her clients about cellular absorption and rebalancing their bodies to achieve a healthy inner peace, while utilizing the latest FDA approved technology to improve their outer appearance.
Originally from Germany, with 5 grown children, 4 grandchildren and a dog named Willow, this published author (natural alternatives to ADHD and ADD) and
a Sailing Captain with the Royal Yachting Association finds joy in giving back to her community and stops at nothing to help wherever and whenever she can.
